Für den Empfang im Stammhaus in Iserlohn suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) in Teilzeit (täglich ab 08.00 Uhr / ca. 20 Stunden) – 1 Jahr befristet

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Bearbeitung der täglichen Ausgangspost
  • Übernahme von Botenfahrten
  • Empfang und Betreuung von Gästen inkl. Organisation der Bewirtung
  • Bearbeitung eingehender Anrufe (Telefonzentrale)
  • Wahrnehmung von leichteren Verwaltungstätigkeiten

Ihr Profil:

  • Berufserfahrung wünschenswert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC
  • Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
  • Kommunikationsstärke
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationstalent
  • Loyalität und Verschwiegenheit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
