• As an Engineering Services Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of engineers in creating and implementing technical solutions that address complex engineering challenges and support business goals. • - Responsible for team decisions.
• - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• - Oversee project planning and resource allocation to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• - Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and resolve conflicts.
• - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
• - Continuously evaluate engineering processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Professional & Technical Skills:
• - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform ENOVIA.
• - Strong knowledge of engineering principles across manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, and structural domains.
• - Experience in project management and resource coordination within engineering projects.
• - Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop innovative solutions.
• - Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage diverse engineering teams.
• - Familiarity with configuration management and technical documentation standards.

• Additional Information:
• - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform ENOVIA.
• - This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
• - A 15 years full time education is required.
