  • Lead delivery from discovery through development, validation, deployment, adoption, continuous improvement and scale.
  • Define objectives, key results, adoption measures and business KPIs, keeping the team focused on measurable outcomes and realized value.

  • Lead senior stakeholder governance across the business, Enterprise AI and Technology, providing clarity on priorities, outcomes, investments, dependencies, risks and decisions.
  • Build reusable product capabilities that can expand into broader business initiatives and additional use cases.

What will you need to be successful?

  • Demonstrated experience leading strategically important digital products from discovery through development, deployment, adoption and scale, with personal ownership of product vision, strategy, roadmaps, prioritization and measurable business outcomes.

  • Strong capability in user research, workflow analysis, experimentation, hypothesis validation and evidence based decision making, combined with commercial acumen and sufficient AI, data, automation, architecture, security and digital product fluency to partner effectively with technical leaders.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent experience. An MBA or relevant master's degree is preferred.
