- Prospecting and Qualification: Source opportunities through targeted outreach, industry relationships, referrals, internal networks, and partner ecosystems; assess strategic fit, customer value, economics, technical requirements, operating feasibility, and speed to impact.
- Referral Programs: Design and launch scalable referral programs that connect enterprise partners, merchants, channel providers, and relevant 7-Eleven capabilities.
- Go-to-Market Execution: Create joint go-to-market plans, partner enablement materials, incentive structures, lead-sharing processes, and campaigns that generate qualified opportunities.

- Cross-Functional Deal Leadership: Partner with Legal, Finance, Product, Technology, Operations, Marketing, Merchandising, and Analytics to define terms, operating requirements, integration needs, and launch commitments.
- Onboarding and Launch: Own the transition from signed agreement to execution, including onboarding plans, integration dependencies, operating readiness, partner enablement, and launch governance.
- Account Management and Growth: Serve as the primary post-launch business relationship lead; establish governance routines, performance reviews, joint growth plans, and expansion opportunities across 7-Eleven.
- Performance Management: Establish scorecards covering pipeline progression, referral activity, conversion, launch readiness, revenue or volume contribution, partner economics, and account health.
- Operating Discipline and Communication: Maintain accurate forecasts, opportunity documentation, ownership maps, executive updates, and repeatable playbooks for sourcing, negotiating, launching, and growing partnerships.
