A Day in Your Life at MKS:

Responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial equipment and installations, ensuring their optimal and continuous operation. The role involves diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and automation-related faults, as well as performing interventions on control systems and industrial automation equipment, while complying with safety standards and technical procedures.

You Will Make an Impact By:

• •Performs electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process, along with equipment software and hardware systems
• •Dismantles, adjusts, repairs and assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings
• •Uses test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts
• •Rebuilds manufacturing equipment as required
• •May perform equipment modifications as directed by manufacturing engineers

Skills You Bring:

• •Associate degree, military technical training or their equivalent vocational training is required
• •2+ years of related experience required
• •May require experience in testing digital and/or analog systems
• Physical Demands & Working Conditions:
• •Perform activities such as sitting, standing, or typing for extended periods of time
• •Regularly requires good manual dexterity and coordination
• •Occasionally moves/positions objects
• •Ability to remain in a stationary position
• •Frequently positions self to perform tasks and positions objects below, at, and above shoulder level
• •Regularly requires manual dexterity and coordination of objects below, at and above shoulder level
• •Must be able to communicate information and ideas so others will understand
• •Must be able to exchange accurate information
