Wir suchen eine/n engagierte/n Buchhalter/in (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung unseres Teams. In dieser Position sind Sie verantwortlich für die ordnungsgemäße Abwicklung der Buchhaltungsprozesse, die Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben sowie die Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Finanzberichten. Sie arbeiten eigenständig und präzise, um eine transparente und zuverlässige Finanzbuchhaltung zu gewährleisten.

Aufgaben

  • Verbuchung aller Geschäftsvorfälle in den entsprechenden Konten unter Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Vorgaben und internen Richtlinien
  • Überwachung und Abstimmung der Konten, inklusive Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Wichtig: Kenntnisse und Liebe für die Erstellung von Exceltabellen
  • Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Durchführung von Zahlungsverkehr und Überwachung offener Posten
  • Mitarbeit bei der Budgetplanung und -kontrolle
  • Pflege und Verwaltung der Buchhaltungssoftware
  • Unterstützung bei der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung (Payroll)

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Buchhaltung oder Finanzen
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung/ Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Diskretion
  • Gehalt gilt für die Probezeit
