## Wir suchen DICH – als Erzieher/in für unsere Kinderkrippe St. Thomas in Thalfingen!

Ab Dezember 2026 suchen wir eine engagierte Erzieherin oder einen engagierten Erzieher (oder gleichwertiger Abschluss), die/der Lust hat, unser kleines, fröhliches Team zu verstärken.

Bei uns erwarten dich:

Zwei tolle Gruppen mit 30 neugierigen, charmanten Kindern im Alter von 0–3 Jahren

Ein offenes, wertschätzendes, lustiges und herzliches Team

Verschiedene pädagogische Ansätze, darunter Reggio, Montessori und situationsorientiertes Arbeiten

Kreative Freiheit

regelmäßige Teamsitzungen

Vorbereitungszeit teilweise im Homeoffice

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Erzieher\*in oder gleichwertiger Abschluss

Erfahrung mit Schutzkonzepten und zeitliche Flexibilität
