Das bringst du mit:

  • Eine pädagogische Ausbildung (z. B. Erzieherin, Kinderpflegerin oder vergleichbar) mit Erfahrung im Krippenbereich
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Kleinkindern
  • Einfühlungsvermögen, Teamgeist und Zuverlässigkeit
