### einen Erzieher (m/w/d) als Schwangerschaftsvertretung und anschließender Elternzeitvertretung

### für unsere Krippe Leege Weg.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Betreuung, Förderung und Bildung von Kindern im Alter von 1-3 Jahren
  • Planung und Durchführung pädagogischer Angebote
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team, den Eltern und der Leitung
  • Gestaltung eines sicheren, liebevollen und entwicklungsfördernden Umfelds

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als staatlich anerkannter Erzieher (m/w/d), Kindheitspädgoge (m/w/d) oder eine gleichwertig anerkannte Qualifikation
  • Freude und Einfühlungsvermögen im Umgang mit Kleinkindern
  • Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Motivation, eigene Ideen einzubringen und aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung der Einrichtung mitzuwirken
