### Für unsere familiäre Kita Luv & Lee in Kiel suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine pädagogische Fachkraft (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit.

Bei uns stehen die Kinder mit ihrer individuellen Persönlichkeit und ihrem eigenen Entwicklungstempo im Mittelpunkt. Unsere Arbeit orientiert sich an den Grundgedanken der Reggio-Pädagogik und von Emmi Pikler. Wir begleiten Kinder achtsam, stärken ihre Selbstständigkeit und schaffen Räume zum Entdecken, Forschen und Wachsen.

  • Deine Aufgaben:
  • Begleitung und Förderung der Kinder im Alltag
  • Gestaltung von Bildungs- und Entwicklungsprozessen
  • Beobachtung und Dokumentation
  • Vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung unserer pädagogischen Arbeit
  • Das bringst Du mit:
  • Eine pädagogische Qualifikation als Erzieher/in
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern
  • Eine wertschätzende, offene Haltung
  • Teamgeist und Eigeninitiative

Bei Teilzeit-Interesse Bereitschaft und Flexibilität, ganze Arbeitstage abzudecken (von ca. 08:00 Uhr bis ca. 15:30/16:00 Uhr)
