Der Naturkindergarten Blattwerk in Ettlingen betreut täglich von 8 - 14 Uhr in zwei Gruppen je bis zu 20 Kinder auf zwei getrennten Plätzen.   • einen Berufsschulabschluss als ErzieherIn bzw. einen mindestens gleichwertigen anderen Abschluss haben
  • Erfahrung in der Betreuung, Erziehung und Bildung von Kindern haben
  • Kinder gerne auf ihrem Weg, sich zu einer individuellen Persönlichkeit zu
  • entwickeln, begleiten möchten
  • Begeisterung für die Natur, auch in kalten und nassen Jahreszeiten mitbringen
  • idealerweise Erfahrungen und Fortbildungen im Bereich Wald-, Natur-, Umwelt-,
  • Wildnis-, Erlebnispädagogik gemacht haben
  • sensibel mit der Natur umgehen
  • motiviert sind, konstruktiv und vertrauensvoll mit dem Team, den Eltern und Kooperationspartnern zusammenzuarbeiten
  • eine respektvolle und wertschätzende Grundhaltung haben
