Die Krippe "Raupe Nimmersatt" in Süpplingen sucht ab sofort oder zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt engagierte und liebevolle

Erzieher (m/w/d) in Teilzeit (30 Std.) zur Verstärkung des Teams in Teilzeit.

### Der Aufgabenbereich umfasst:

  • Pädagogische Begleitung, Förderung und Betreuung der Kinder im Alltag
  • Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung unseres pädagogischen Konzepts
  • Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Durchführung von Projekten
  • Beobachtung und Dokumentation der Entwicklungsprozesse der Kinder
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team, den Eltern und dem Träger

### Ihr Profil:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als staatlich anerkannte Erzieherin/staatlich anerkannter Erzieher oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern und ein herzliches, respektvolles Auftreten
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Teamfähigkeit und Engagement
  • Kreativität, Flexibilität und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
