Wir suchen eine/n Erzieher/in (m/w/d) mit einem Stundenumfang von 25 Wochenstunden, verteilt auf fünf Arbeitstage. Die Stelle umfasst keine Nachtschichten, jedoch ist die Bereitschaft erforderlich, jedes zweite Wochenende zu arbeiten.

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Erzieher/in
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im pädagogischen Bereich
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Wertschätzender, geduldiger und professioneller Umgang mit Kindern und Jugendlichen
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie die Bereitschaft zu einer engen und verlässlichen Zusammenarbeit im Kollegium
  • Zuverlässigkeit und ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Selbstständiges, strukturiertes und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten
  • Belastbarkeit und die Fähigkeit, auch in herausfordernden Situationen ruhig und angemessen zu handeln
  • Einfühlungsvermögen sowie ein gutes Gespür für die individuellen Bedürfnisse der betreuten Kinder und Jugendlichen
  • Bereitschaft zur aktiven Mitgestaltung des pädagogischen Alltags und zur Übernahme von Verantwortung
