Ihre Aufgaben bei uns

Pädagogische Begleitung und Betreuung der Kinder im Gruppenalltag
Planung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Bildungs-, Gruppen- und Förderangeboten
Beobachtung und Dokumentation der kindlichen Entwicklung sowie Führen von Entwicklungsgesprächen mit Eltern
Vorbereitung und pädagogische Begleitung der Eingewöhnung sowie Gestaltung und Begleitung von Übergängen
Sprachförderung und alltagsintegrierte sprachliche Bildung
Umsetzung einer inklusiven pädagogischen Arbeit und Begleitung der individuellen Bedürfnisse der Kinder
Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Ausflügen, Aktionen, Festen und Feiern
Sicherstellung der Aufsichts-, Hygiene- und Sicherheitsvorgaben im pädagogischen Alltag
Aktive Zusammenarbeit und Mitgestaltung im Team
Anleitung und pädagogische Begleitung von Praktikant\*innen
Wahrnehmung und Umsetzung des Erste-Hilfe- und Notfallmanagements

Darüber freuen wir uns

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Erzieher\*in oder vergleichbare pädagogische Qualifikation
Eigenverantwortliches, zuverlässiges und verantwortungsbewusstes Handeln
Kompetenz in Beobachtung, Entwicklungsdokumentation und Elternarbeit
Eigeninitiative und Engagement bei der Gestaltung pädagogischer Angebote
Teamfähigkeit und Freude an einer wertschätzenden Zusammenarbeit
Einfühlungsvermögen und wertschätzender Umgang mit Kindern
