  • Unser Ziel ist es, unseren Bewohner/Innen die Eingliederung in die Gesellschaft mit einem Betreuungs- und Förderungskonzept aus Arbeit, Freizeit und Wohnen zu ermöglichen.
  • Eine intensive, persönliche Betreuung auf verbaler und nonverbalen Ebene hat bei uns Priorität.

ERZIEHER (M/W/D)

IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Ganzheitliche Betreuung von Menschen mit Autismus
  • Gestaltung strukturierter Tagesabläufe
  • Umsetzung der Maßnahmen zur Qualitätssicherung
  • Umsetzung der Förder- und Pflegeplanung sowie deren Dokumentation

  • Eine engagierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitseinstellung
