Dein neuer Möglichmacher-Job: Erzieher (m/w/d) oder Sozialpädagogische Assistenz (m/w/d) in unserer Kita Jade-Campus in Wilhelmshaven mit 36 Wochenstunden. Die Stelle ist bis zum 31.10.2027 befristet (als Elternzeitvertretung) mit Option auf Verlängerung. Eintritt: nächstmöglich.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Sozialpädagogische und erzieherische Betreuung von Kindern im Alter von drei Monaten bis drei Jahren in einer Vormittags- und einer Ganztagsgruppe
  • Engagierte Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern auf einer Erziehungspartnerschaft-Basis
  • Einfühlsamer und geduldiger Umgang mit den Kindern und ihren individuellen Bedürfnissen
  • Kreativer Umgang mit den Anforderungen des Kita-Alltags

Dein Profil:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Erzieher\*in oder Sozialpädagogische\*r Assistent\*in
  • Freude am Umgang mit Kindern und familienergänzender Erziehung
  • Begeisterung, Ideenreichtum, Humor und persönliches Engagement
  • Teamplayer\*in mit Lust auf kollegiales Miteinander und Spaß bei der Arbeit
