Die FamilienLotsen GmbH ist ein dynamischer Träger in der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe und sucht engagierte Erzieher, Sozialpädagogen, Sozialarbeiter oder Absolventen (m/w/d) pädagogischer Studiengänge bzw. Ausbildungen für unsere stationären Einrichtungen in Rostock.

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Intensive Betreuung und Unterstützung von Kindern und Jugendlichen
  • Unterstützung von Familien in belastenden Situationen
  • Beratung, Begleitung und Förderung von Kindern, Jugendlichen und deren Familien
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung sozialpädagogischer Maßnahmen, Programme und Projekte
  • Vernetzungsarbeit und Kooperation mit anderen Einrichtungen, Diensten und Fachkräften in Rostock
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im pädagogischen Bereich
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Empathie und ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kreativität und eine zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
