Job Description

Si cuentas con experiencia como gestor/a de proyectos o servicios; coordinando servicios, proveedores y diferentes interlocutores en entornos IT complejos, esta oportunidad puede ser para ti.

Se trata de una posición orientada a la gestión y coordinación de servicios , utilizando metodología Agile/ Scrum , PMP o Prince2 con foco en la calidad, el seguimiento y la optimización.

  • Gestión y seguimiento de servicios y proyectos IT.
  • Toma y análisis de requerimientos.
  • Coordinación de proveedores y stakeholders.
  • Elaboración de informes y reporting.
  • Definición y seguimiento de planes de comunicación.
  • Identificación e implementación de mejoras de procesos.
  • Organización y conducción de reuniones de seguimiento con clientes y proveedores.

Job Description - Grade Specific

  • Titulación universitaria o CFGS.
  • Mínimo 6 años de experiencia en gestión de servicios o proyectos IT.
  • Experiencia en seguimiento de servicios, reporting, mejora de procesos y coordinación de proveedores.
  • Certificación ITIL vigente .
  • Al menos una certificación en PMP, Scrum/Agile o Prince2 .
  • Experiencia en interlocución con clientes y proveedores.
  • Conocimiento de herramientas ITSM, preferiblemente BMC Remedy .
  • Dominio de Catalán nivel C1 .

Se valora especialmente:

  • Certificación SIAM.
  • Certificación BMC Remedy.
  • Conocimiento de IA Generativa.
  • Experiencia en entornos de gestión de servicios complejos.
