Wir suchen zum 01.10.2026 eine examinierte Pflegefachkraft in Vollzeit für unseren ambulanten Pflegedienst in Dortmund.
Deine Aufgaben:
-Professionelle und individuelle Versorgung unserer Patienten
-Durchführung der ambulanten Pflegetouren
-Durchführung und Dokumentation der Pflege
-Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten, Angehörigen und weiteren Ansprechpartnern
-Umsetzung unserer Qualitätsstandards
-Selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusstes Arbeiten
Das bringst du mit:
-Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft
-Führerschein Klasse B
-Freude an der Arbeit mit Meschen
-Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
