Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) für unsere stationäre Pflegeeinrichtung in Halle (Saale).

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • \* Durchführung der fachgerechten Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • \* Planung, Durchführung und Evaluation des individuellen Pflegeprozesses
  • \* Fachgerechte Pflegedokumentation
  • \* Durchführung des Medikamentenmanagements nach ärztlicher Verordnung
  • \* Beobachtung und Beurteilung des Gesundheitszustandes unserer Bewohner
  • \* Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten, Therapeuten, Angehörigen und weiteren Kooperationspartnern
  • \* Fachliche Anleitung und Unterstützung von Pflegehilfskräften
  • \* Umsetzung und Sicherstellung unserer Pflege-, Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards

Ihr Profil:

  • \* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann, Altenpfleger/in oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in
  • \* Verantwortungsbewusste und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • \* Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • \* Einfühlungsvermögen und wertschätzender Umgang mit pflegebedürftigen Menschen
  • \* Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtdienst
