• •Manage the overall Kitchen operation to ensure luxury Forbes 5 star service levels and superior guest experience.
• •Lead 120 culinary team members; develop talent, responsible for recruitment, training and payroll.
• •Design innovative culinary events and promotions to ensure exceptional financial performance.
• •Ensure excellent and efficient communication within the team and with other departments.
• •Member of Executive Committe.

 

• •Bachelor/ Culinary degree
• •3+ years in a similar role in luxury hotels
• •Demonstrated creativity and attention to detail
• •Excellent communication and organisational skills
• •Proven leadership ability, excellent team motivator, customer centric
• •Solid administrative and numerical proficiency
• •Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
• •Asian experience preferred
