Job Description

You will report to Head, Group Risk Management and be part of the Risk Management team that drives the implementation of group-wide risk framework, strengths risk governance and supports risk assessment and reporting across CapitaLand group.

Responsibilities

• •Support implementation of Enterprise Risk Management programmes, including annual Risk & Control Self-Assessment exercises.
• •Facilitate the collection, reporting and monitoring of Key Risk Indicators
• •Prepare risk reports, dashboards and presentations for senior management and Board committees.
• •Evaluate risks of new investment proposals across various asset classes and fund strategies
• •Perform financial analysis, including support in the WACC/hurdle rate computations
• •Benchmark risk management policies and practices against regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• •Contribute to digitalization initiatives and enhancements to risk systems and processes.
• •Collaborate with business units to ensure compliance with risk management policies and practices.
• •Drive risk awareness through trainings and communication initiatives.

Requirements

• •Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or Real Estate
• •Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in finance, investment, or risk-related roles, with exposure to financial and non-financial risk methodologies and tools.
• •Strong financial analysis , with experience in project finance, cash flow modelling, basic option pricing, and CAPM.
• •Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proven ability to engage and influence stakeholder.
• •Possess positive learning attitude, proactive, detail-oriented team player with strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
