Job Description Summary

The Executive – Sourcing Operations owns the digital and operational backbone of the sourcing organization. This role focuses on scaling GenAI, advanced analytics, and automated procurement systems to drive world-class efficiency. The executive will also lead the sustainability and ESG maturity roadmap, ensuring global compliance, and implement risk management frameworks to safeguard the supply chain. Acting as the Chief of Staff, this individual provides critical support to the CPO in orchestrating leadership governance. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights to solve capacity bottlenecks and mentor a high-performing technical team.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• •Chief of Staff Function: Act as the primary interface for the CPO, coordinating ELT, Board, and Council meeting preparations and driving alignment across the broader Sourcing Leadership Team.
• •Scale the Digital/GenAI transformation roadmap to drive efficiency and ensure full system adoption across the source-to-pay process.
• •Elevate sustainability/ESG maturity, ensuring 100% compliance with global regulations (e.g., CBAM, CSRD).
• •Implement a "World Class" Lean roadmap to reduce cycle times, drive SQDC improvements, and harmonize sourcing systems globally.
• •Operationalize a global risk framework, identifying critical supply chain nodes and deploying effective mitigation playbooks.
• •Manage a distributed team of data scientists and compliance experts, building a robust talent pipeline for future operations.
• •Utilize advanced analytics to solve systemic capacity bottlenecks and enable business units to scale operations effectively.
• •Act as the primary interface for "Internal Customers" (Business Units), ensuring that global systems and policies enable growth.

Required Qualifications:

• •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business from an accredited university/college.
• •Minimum 10+ years in digital transformation, sourcing analytics and sustainability compliance.
• •Deep expertise in Sourcing Systems (Source-to-Pay), digital transformation, and GenAI applications.
• •Subject Matter Expertise in sustainability regulations (CBAM, CSRD) and global risk management.
• •Proficiency in Lean/Six Sigma methodology and process engineering.
• •Excellent leadership, analytical rigor, and capability in mentoring technical teams.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $198,400 and $297,600 USD. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
