Aufgaben:

  • Abwicklung nationaler und internationaler Sendungen unter Einhaltung zoll- und exportrechtlicher Vorgaben
  • Erstellung exportrelevanter Dokumente wie Ausfuhrbegleitdokumente und Ursprungszeugnisse
  • Zusammenstellung und Prüfung sämtlicher Warenbegleitpapiere für den weltweiten Versand
  • Koordination abteilungsübergreifender Informationen zu Lieferungen, Transportterminen, Verzögerungen und Zollthemen
  • Durchführung von Exportkontrollen sowie Bearbeitung präferenzrechtlicher Fragestellungen
  • Betreuung zollrelevanter Themen, Abstimmung von Palettenkonten mit Speditionen und Unterstützung der Lagerlogistik bei Bedarf

Profil:

  • Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung, Industriekaufmann oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation mit Weiterbildung im Zollbereich
  • Berufserfahrung in der Logistik-, Versand- oder Exportabwicklung mit fundierten Kenntnissen im Zoll- und Außenwirtschaftsrecht
  • sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit SAP
  • eigenständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie hohe Motivation und Eigeninitiative
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
