Für den brandneuen, stark wachsenden Standort in Frankfurt (Oder) suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (m/w/d).

Es handelt sich um ein modernes Logistikareal mit rund 94.000 m² Fläche, das sich aktuell im Ramp-up befindet. Hier entstehtt ein leistungsstarker Hub – und Sie haben die Chance, von Anfang an entscheidend mitzuwirken!

#### Jobbeschreibung

  • Operative Verantwortung für die Arbeitssicherheit am Standort
  • Begehung von Arbeitsplätzen und Erarbeitung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen
  • Einhaltung gesetzlicher und interner Vorgaben
  • Bearbeitung von etwaigen Arbeitsunfällen und Erarbeitung von Gegenmaßnahmen
  • Koordination und Begleitung von Audits
  • Erstellung und Weiterentwickelung von KPIs im Arbeitsschutz
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Sicherheits- und Qualitätsprozesse

#### Anforderungsprofil

  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder technische Berufsausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Tecniker/Meister
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich QHSE bzw. Arbeitssicherheit
  • Kenntnisse der deutschen gesetzlichen Vorschriften, behördlicher Anforderungen sowie der gängigen Standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
  • Logistik- oder Industrieerfahrung ist von Vorteil, aber vor allem zählen Ihre Hands-on-Mentalität und Ihr starkes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Eine strukturierte, präzise Arbeitsweise mit der Fähigkeit, eigenständig Lösungen zu entwickeln und umzusetzen.
  • Mindestens C1-Deutschkenntnisse für den Behördenkontakt sowie Englischkenntnisse für das internationale Konzernumfeld
