Neben der produktionsbegleitenden Sicherstellung der Qualität unserer Produkte sind Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Umsetzung von Qualitätswerkzeugen zur Verbesserung der Fertigung
  • Interne und externe Reklamationen bearbeiten
  • Beratung aller Fachabteilungen in Qualitätsfragen, dazu zählen u.a. die Durchführung von Trainings und Schulungen zur Steigerung des Qualitätsbewusstseins
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Aufrechterhaltung des Qualitätsmanagement-Systems
  • Mitarbeit und Durchführung interner und externer Audits sowie Produkt- und Prozessaudits
  • Personalverantwortung für ein kleines Team

Ihre Qualifikation:

  • Sie haben bereits Berufserfahrung im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement
  • Eigenständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und Organisationsvermögen
  • Englisch in Wort und Schrift wünschenswert
