  • Belastbarkeit und interkulturelle Kompetenzen
  • Fremdsprachenkenntnisse von Vorteil, Englisch wünschenswert
  • Selbstbewusstes Auftreten und Abgrenzungsfähigkeit
  • Hohes Maß an psychischer und emotionaler Stabilität - Stresskompetenz
  • Kommunikations- und Deeskalationsfähigkeit, interkulturelle Kompetenzen
  • Hohe Soziale Kompetenz und Eignung für die Arbeit mit Menschen in Haft
  • Führerschein B sowie eigener PKW zum Erreichen des Arbeitsplatzes

Deine zukünftigen Tätigkeiten:

  • Aufbau und Pflege professioneller Beziehungen zu den Klient_innen sowie Unterstützung bei Alltagsbewältigung
  • Präventive Deeskalation durch Informationsarbeit und positive Präsenz in den Wohngruppen
  • Konfliktmanagement mittels vertrauensfördernder Kommunikation und regelmäßiger Kontaktpflege
  • Vernetzung der Klient_innen mit Berater-innen aus Rechts- und Rückkehrberatung
  • Zusammenarbeit im Team und Dokumentation der Tätigkeiten
  • Behördenkoordination und fachliche Planung der Betreuungsdienste
  • Individuelle Betreuung im Einzelfall

Wir bieten:

  • Vollzeitbeschäftigung (40 h/Woche) oder Teilzeitbeschäftigung (ab 32 Wochenstunden).
  • Schichtdienst zwischen 06:30 Uhr und 21:00 Uhr inkl. Wochenend- und Feiertagsdienste).
  • Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Stelle beträgt € 2,059,41 brutto (14 mal p.a.).
  • Die tatsächliche Bezahlung ist von der jeweiligen Qualifikation bzw. Berufserfahrung abhängig.
  • Mitarbeit in einem erfolgreichen Unternehmen mit gutem Betriebsklima.
  • Langfristige Beschäftigung mit der Option zur Übernahme.
