  • Grundwissen im Bereich Gewalt gegen Frauen und Kindern
  • Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse und Kenntnisse der Sozialen Medien
  • Hohe soziale Kompetenz und Kommunikationsfähigkeit im Umgang mit verschiedenen Zielgruppen
  • Strukturierter, organisierter und teamorientierter Arbeitsstil
  • Ausgezeichnetes Zeitmanagement
  • Flexibilität und Selbständigkeit
  • Mobilität
  • Aufgabenbereiche:
  • StoP-Projektmitarbeit und Koordination in den Bezirken Eisenstadt und Mattersburg
  • Gemeinwesenarbeit gegen Partnergewalt
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Gruppentreffen mit Nachbar*innen
  • Durchführung und Koordination von Nachbarschaftsgesprächen
  • Inhaltliche Aufbereitung und Organisation von Veranstaltungen zum Thema Partnergewalt und häusliche Gewalt
  • Dokumentation und Evaluation des Projektes
  • Betreuung der Website und der Social Media Accounts
  • Betreuung von freiwilligen Mitarbeiter*innen und Praktikant*innen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit

Anstellungsbeginn: Oktober 2026 / November 2026

Arbeitsort: Eisenstadt und Mattersburg

Arbeitszeit: 20 Wochenstunden, befristet auf die Dauer des Projektes

Entlohnung: nach SWÖ - KV (Verwendungsgruppe 8), Mindestbruttogehalt € 3.348,90 auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung, abhängig von der Qualifikation und den anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten;
