Abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben aufgrund unterschiedlicher Dienstleistungsangebote: von der Vorbereitung auf selbstständiges Wohnen bis hin zur Beratung und Unterstützung im Rahmen ambulanter Wohngemeinschaften etc.

Eine spannende, ambulante Tätigkeit im Bereich Case-/Care-Management

Work-Life-Balance durch größtenteils frei gestaltbare Arbeitszeiten

  • Was erwarten wir?
  • Abgeschlossene psychosoziale Ausbildung, z. B. Diplom Sozialbetreuung, Erziehungswissenschaften, Sozialpädagogik, Sozialarbeit oder Psychologie

Führerschein der Klasse B sowie ein eigenes Auto für ambulante Einsätze im Vorarlberger Oberland

Wunsch nach der Gestaltung von langfristigen, tragfähigen Klient:innenbeziehungen

Zusatzausbildungen und/oder Berufserfahrung im sozialpsychiatrischen Bereich sind von Vorteil
