  • Wir suchen ab sofort zur Verstärkung unseres Teams eine/n Sozialarbeiter_in im Ausmaß von 20 Wochenstunden für die Begleitung von Menschen mit einer psychischen Beeinträchtigung am Standort Krems.
  • Tätigkeitsprofil
  • Begleitung der Projektteilnehmer_innen während der Beschäftigung in den Arbeitsbereichen
  • Einzelgespräche, Gruppenarbeiten und Moderation von Gesprächsrunden
  • Anleitung von Teilnehmer_innengruppen
  • Krisenintervention
  • Berichtswesen und Dokumentation
  • Zusammenarbeit im Team mit Klinischen- und Gesundheitspsycholog_in
  • Vertretung der Arbeitsanleiter_innen
  • Stabilisierung der psychischen, sozialen und körperlichen Gesundheit
  • Psychosoziale Begleitung und Förderung persönlicher Stärken sowie sozialer Kompetenzen
  • Teilnehmer_innenerschließung
  • Regelmäßige Kontakte zu regionalen Netzwerken
  • Anforderungen
  • Ausbildung als Sozialarbeiter_in erforderlich (Sozialakademie, FH oder Vergleichbares)
  • Flexibilität
  • Teamgeist
  • Führerschein B
  • Erfahrung mit der Zielgruppe wünschenswert
  • Rahmenbedingungen
  • Dienstort: 3500 Krems an der Donau
  • Entlohnung: SWÖ KV, Verwendungsgruppe 8, mind. € 3348,9 für 37 Std.
