  • Anforderungen
  • Ausbildung zum/zur diplomierten Sozialarbeiter/in oder Absolvent/in der FH für Soziale Arbeit oder Sozialpädagogik bzw. mit gleichwertiger Ausbildung
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im AMS Kontext erwünscht
  • Hohe Frustrationstoleranz und Belastbarkeit sowie Konfliktfähigkeit
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Einfühlungsvermögen, Team-, Reflexions- und Beziehungsfähigkeit
  • Engagement und zuverlässige, verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • EDV-Kenntnisse
