Ingenieurbüro - Brandschutz und Hochbau

Die be + p Gruppe ist eine Ingenieurgesellschaft mit den Schwerpunkten Brandschutz und Tragwerksplanung mit verschiedenen Niederlassungen in Deutschland.

Für den Standort Hannover suchen wir ab sofort einen Fachplaner / Fachbauleiter Brandschutz (m/w/d) Vollzeit oder Teilzeit

Aufgaben

  • Erstellung von CAD-Plänen
  • Erstellung von Brandschutzkonzepten und Brandschutznachweisen (für Regel- und Sonderbauten wie z.B. Schulen, Industriehallen, Krankenhäuser etc.)
  • Durchführung von Objekt- und Baustellenbegehungen
  • Beratung von Bauherren, Architekten, Objekt- und Fachplanern in allen Leistungsphasen
  • Abstimmung mit Behörden, Bauherren und Architekten

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Bauzeichner (m/w/d)
  • oder abgeschlossenes (Fach-)Hochschulstudium der Fachrichtung Bauingenieurwesen/ Architektur oder ein Studium mit Schwerpunkten wie Brandschutz, Sicherheitstechnik, Sicherheit und Gefahrenabwehr
  • Erste Erfahrungen mit CAD-Programmen (z.B. ALLPLAN)
  • Einschlägige Berufs- und Branchenerfahrung sind wünschenswert
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  • Routinierter Umgang mit den MS Office-Anwendungen
  • PKW-Führerschein Klasse B
