What You Will Do in This Role

As a Fashion Support Consultant , you will:

• •Handle incoming customer interactions via phone, email, and other channels, ensuring a high-quality service experience
• •Accurately log all interactions and provide timely solutions in line with service level agreements (SLAs)
• •Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and systems
• •Identify and escalate complex cases when needed to ensure effective resolution
