Wir suchen "an guadn" Filialbetreuer (m/w/d) für unsere Fachgeschäfte, Wurstshops und Systemgastronomien in Bayern.

Unsere niederbayerische Traditionsmetzgerei beliefert vom wunderschönen Kurort Bad Birnbach aus 70 Standorte in Bayern, Baden-Württemberg, Hessen und Rheinland-Pfalz. Als Familienbetrieb achten wir auf altbayerische Tradition, ohne dabei auf modernste Technik zu verzichten. Unsere ifs-Zertifizierung garantiert hervorragende Qualität mit internationalem Sicherheitsstandard.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben zählen:

  • -die aktive Betreuung Ihrer Filialen
  • -das Führen des Ihnen unterstellten Personals
  • -die Umsetzung der Unternehmensphilosophie
  • -das Erreichen der Zielvorgaben
  • -die Umsetzung von Marketing- und Werbeaktionen
  • -Ergebnis- und Planverantwortung

Wir setzen voraus, dass Sie...

  • -über eine umfassende Erfahrung im Fleischerfachgeschäftsbereich, bzw. in der Systemgastronomie verfügen
  • -Mitarbeitermotivation und Teambildung beherrschen
  • -ein ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches und kaufmännisches Denken besitzen
  • -ehrgeizig und erfolgsorientiert handeln und mit Herzblut bei der Sache sind
