Für unsere Filiale suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten Filialbetreuer (m/w/d) , der Freude an hochwertigen Fleisch- und Wurstwaren, Kundenservice und Mitarbeiterführung hat.

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung und Organisation der Filialabläufe
  • Organisation der Abläufe hinter der Verkaufstheke
  • Bedarfsgerechte Warenbestellung und Warenwirtschaft
  • Erstellung und Organisation der Personaleinsatzplanung
  • Sicherstellung einer konstant hohen Produkt- und Servicequalität
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im Verkauf und kompetente Kundenberatung
  • Überwachung und Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Qualitätsvorschriften
  • Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter im Sinne unserer Unternehmensphilosophie

### Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fleischer (m/w/d), Fleischereifachverkäufer (m/w/d) oder Koch (m/w/d)
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung in einer verantwortungsvollen Position
  • Freude am Umgang mit Kunden und Mitarbeitern
  • Teamfähigkeit und Motivationstalent
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
  • Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung und Übernahme von Verantwortung
