Unsere Firmengruppe umfasst verschiedene Konzepte Aktiv Schuh, Shoe City, Tivola, Hammer Schuh sowie Monolabel-Stores mit internationalen Marken, die deutschlandweit in über 50 Filialen sowie in unserem Online-Shop Schuh Club vertreten sind.

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Filialleiter (m/w/d) für unseren Standort Soltau . Diese Position bietet abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben sowie eine langfristige Perspektive. Lernen Sie uns kennen und werden Sie ein Teil unserer Familie.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Leitung der Filiale unter Berücksichtigung betriebswirtschaftlicher Kennzahlen
  • Team- und zielorientierte Führung sowie Weiterbildung der Mitarbeiter im Verantwortungsbereich
  • Planung und Steuerung des Personaleinsatzes
  • Erreichung vorgegebener Umsatzziele
  • Umsetzung eines effizienten Warenmanagements sowie einer aktiven Flächensteuerung
  • Sicherstellung einer serviceorientierten Kundenbetreuung sowie aktiver Verkauf
  • Umsetzung von Promotion- und Marketingaktionen im Store

Ihr Profil

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Filialleitung, idealerweise im Schuh- oder Textileinzelhandel
  • Führungskompetenz mit der Fähigkeit als Vorbild Ihre Mitarbeiter/innen zu motivieren und weiterzuentwickeln
  • Ausgeprägte ziel- und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Modisches Gespür und Wissen, was „gefragt und angesagt“ ist
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie souveräne Anwendung der gängigen MS Office Programme
