  • -
  • Verantwortung für die operative und wirtschaftliche Steuerung der Filiale
  • Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung deines Teams
  • Sicherstellung einer erstklassigen Beratung und eines überzeugenden Kundenerlebnisses
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im Verkauf rund um Apple-Produkte und Services
  • Planung und Steuerung von Personaleinsatz, Warenbestand und Store-Abläufen
  • Erreichung der Umsatz- und Unternehmensziele sowie Analyse relevanter Kennzahlen
  • Einbringen eigener Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung von Store und Team

## Was du mitbringst

  • Erfahrung im Einzelhandel, idealerweise im Bereich Technik, IT oder Telekommunikation
  • Führungserfahrung und Freude daran, ein Team zu motivieren
  • Ausgeprägte Verkaufs- und Serviceorientierung
  • Begeisterung für Apple, Technik und digitale Trends
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und ein gutes Verständnis für Kennzahlen
  • Organisationstalent, Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
