Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du hast die Verantwortung und behältst den Überblick über die Verwirklichung der Monats- und Umsatzziele
  • Du bist für den Look des Ladens zuständig und trägst Verantwortung für die Umsetzung der Warenpräsentation
  • Du führst und motivierst Dein Team und erstellst die Personaleinsatzplanung
  • Durch regelmäßigen Austausch zwischen Deiner Bezirksleitung und anderen Teamleitungen wirkst Du bei Entwicklungen neuer Ideen mit
  • Sicherstellung aller organisatorischen Abläufe in der Filiale
  • Du planst Inventuren und übernimmst hierbei die Verantwortung zur Erreichung der Inventurziele
  • Du hast direkten Kundenkontakt durch Kundenberatungen und aktive Verkäufe unserer Produkte

Dein Profil:

  • Erfahrungen im Handel wären wünschenswert
  • Du hast großes Interesse an Mode und den aktuellen Trends
  • Der freundliche Umgang mit Kunden ist für Dich selbstverständlich
  • Du legst Wert auf tägliche Freude und Spaß an Deiner Arbeit
  • Rahmenbedingung:
  • Befristet auf 1 Jahr mit Option auf Verlängerung.
  • Vergütung nach Vereinbarung.
