Job Purpose:

We are looking for a Financial Analyst (FP&A) to support the South Europe business . This role will partner closely with business stakeholders and finance teams, providing support on incentive and bonus programs, financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis .

The successful candidate will combine strong financial and accounting knowledge with advanced data analysis skills , helping the business make informed decisions through insightful reporting and planning activities.

What You'll Do:

• •Support the business on financial reporting, bonus tracking, and performance analysis.
• •Participate actively in Forecast, Budget, Outlook, and financial planning processes.
• •Prepare and maintain management reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses.
• •Develop financial models and forecasting tools to support business decision-making.
• •Analyze financial results, identify trends, and explain variances against plan and forecast.
• •Monitor key performance indicators across P&L, Balance Sheet, and Headcount metrics.
• •Prepare presentations and financial reviews for senior management.
• •Support Business Unit leaders with data-driven insights and reporting.
• •Consolidate monthly reporting packages and ensure compliance with Finance calendar deadlines.
• •Collaborate closely with the EMEA FP&A team on ongoing projects and initiatives.
• •Contribute to process improvements and the development of reporting and planning tools.

What We're Looking For:

• •Fluent English and Spanish. Italian desirable.
• •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• •Experience with Power Query and/or Power BI .
• •Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• •2-3 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Controlling, or a similar finance role.
• •Advanced Microsoft Excel skills , including the ability to work efficiently with large datasets.
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• •Ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
• •Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• •Proactive mindset, strong learning agility, and continuous improvement orientation.
• •Previous experience in an international or multinational environment.
