Ein etabliertes, mittelständisches Unternehmen aus der Präzisionsbearbeitungsbranche mit Sitz in Sinsheim/Elsenz sucht zur Verstärkung des Teams eine/n engagierte/n Finanzbuchhalter/in (m/w/d) mit Affinität zum Einkauf. Die Position ist in Vollzeit, unbefristet und ab sofort zu besetzen.

Ihre Aufgaben

Eigenständige Erstellung der laufenden Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen

Erstellung betriebswirtschaftlicher Auswertungen (BWA) und Vorbereitung der Monatsabschlüsse

Operativer Einkauf: Bestellwesen, Rechnungsprüfung und Pflege der Stammdaten

Schnittstelle zum Steuerberater sowie Unterstützung im allgemeinen Tagesgeschäft

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung (z. B. Bilanzbuchhalter/in) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, idealerweise mit Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung

Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie Erfahrung mit Buchhaltungssoftware (z. B. DATEV)

Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
