About the Role

Join a small founding team building AI powered workflows for private market operations. You will own technical delivery from customer discovery through production launch, helping turn operational processes into useful software and bringing customer insights back into product development.

What You'll Do

Work with customer teams to understand their workflows, define project scope, and identify barriers to adoption.

Build and iterate on customer tailored prototypes, adjusting scope based on feedback and technical findings.

Translate private market operations processes into AI powered workflows and deliver them to production.

Share deployment learnings with the product team and develop reusable components and approaches for recurring needs.

What We're Looking For

Typically 1 to 6 years of relevant experience, including production software delivery.

Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js, with experience using NestJS, PostgreSQL, Prisma, and React.

Experience working directly with customers to scope, prototype, and iterate on technical solutions, such as in forward deployed engineering or solutions engineering.

Ability to own technical delivery end to end and collaborate closely with a founding team in person.

Empathy for private market operations workflows; experience in private markets or financial operations is helpful.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: €70,000 to €110,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

On site in Berlin, Germany.
