  • Du konzipierst und entwickelst KI-Lösungen vom ersten Prototyp bis in den Produktivbetrieb: LLM-Anwendungen, RAG-Pipelines, Agentic Workflows mit Tool-Integration.
  • Du verantwortest Architektur und Umsetzung im Fullstack, vom Frontend bis zur Cloud-Infrastruktur auf AWS oder Azure.
  • Du berätst unsere Kunden auf Augenhöhe. Du hörst zu, übersetzt Anforderungen in tragfähige Lösungen und sagst auch mal, wenn etwas keinen Sinn ergibt.
  • Ein- bis zweimal im Monat bist du mit uns beim Kunden vor Ort, zum Beispiel bei Workshops, Discovery-Terminen oder Pitches. Dort bringst du die technische Perspektive ein.
  • Du gestaltest unsere Engineering-Standards mit und gibst dein Wissen im Team weiter.
  • Dein Profil
  • Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in moderner Softwareentwicklung auf Senior-Level, idealerweise im Fullstack.
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit LLMs und generativer KI in echten Projekten, nicht nur im Side-Project, dazu ein solides Verständnis von ML-Grundlagen.
  • Cloud-Erfahrung mit AWS oder Azure und einen sicheren Umgang mit Clean Code und SOLID.
  • Freude an Beratung: Du erklärst komplexe Technik verständlich, auch Leuten ohne Tech-Hintergrund.
  • Du kommunizierst klar und souverän und fühlst dich im Workshop genauso wohl wie im Code.
  • Bereitschaft zu ein bis zwei Kundenterminen vor Ort pro Monat.
  • Deutsch auf C1-Niveau.
  • Nice to have: Angular, .NET, NestJS, C#, TypeScript, Python, Terraform/CDK. Dein Stack muss nicht komplett passen. Neugier ist uns wichtiger.
