Your New Role

The Senior Manager – ITV Content Licensing will be responsible for providing timely and accurate forecasting, reporting and analysis for Warner Bros. Discovery Studios, working with finance partners to gather inputs and understand business drivers. This role develops deep expertise in the area and provides business and finance stakeholders with the information required for effective decision-making.

Your Role Accountabilities

  • Act as FP&A lead for ITV Content Licensing, partnering with senior commercial and finance leaders across EMEA markets and Sisco businesses to align financial assumptions, priorities and decision-making.
  • Own and drive the standardization of forecasting and reporting processes across EMEA territories and Sisco businesses, ensuring consistency, scalability and comparability of financial outputs across forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning and reporting.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of process improvements and automation initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce operational friction and support scalable ways of working.
  • Own end-to-end forecasting, budgeting and long-range planning activities for the ITV Content Licensing business across EMEA territories and Sisco businesses, including month-end reporting, variance analysis and performance management.
  • Provide strategic financial analysis and insights to support business and Studios FP&A teams, including evaluation of strategic initiatives, ad hoc requests and business decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with Studios and business FP&A teams, ensuring alignment on assumptions, effective information flow and understanding of key forecast drivers.
  • Develop and support team members, strengthening technical and business capabilities while fostering accountability, collaboration and high performance.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Extensive experience in forecasting and analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis techniques, including demonstrated experience in financial modelling.
  • Proven ability to build confidence and trust with team members and business partners.
  • Extensive people management experience.
  • Experience with Longview, SAP, Tableau, Power BI and Power Query is preferred.

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
