Track shipments, keep client-facing trackers current, communicate status and delays, and resolve shipment exceptions.

Use TMS and WMS platforms to manage bookings, shipment milestones, and warehouse receiving; maintain accurate shipment records.

Prepare monthly client expense reports covering warehouse costs, inbound and outbound freight, and products sourced by Passport Global.

Audit 3PL and freight charges, resolve billing discrepancies, coordinate credits, and identify service or cost improvements.

You Have Many of the Following

Experience managing international freight shipments end to end across multiple modes.

Strong knowledge of freight operations, Incoterms, shipping documentation, and customs clearance processes.
