Front Office Manager (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit

  • So unterstützen Sie Ihr Team:
  • Sie sorgen für einen herzlichen Gästeempfang sowie einer entsprechenden Gästebetreuung
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für einen gästefreundlichen Check-In und Check-Out inkl. Rechnungslegung, Kommissionsabrechnung und der Inkassoabwicklung
  • Führung, Koordination und kontinuierliche Aus- und Weiterbildung des Rezeptions-Teams
  • Einhaltung, Umsetzung und Optimierung der Seetel Service- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Sie sorgen für einen idealen Informationsfluss und für eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit mit allen anderen Abteilungen im Haus
  • Sie bringen mit
  • Sie sind herzlich und freundlich im Umgang mit Ihren Mitmenschen
  • Sie nehmen die Ihnen übertragene Verantwortung wahr
  • Sie sind ein zuverlässiger Teamplayer
  • Sie haben gute Deutschkenntnisse
