  • Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung des Fuhrparks mit LKW, Transportern und PKW
  • Überwachung von Lenk- und Ruhezeiten sowie relevanter gesetzlicher Vorgaben
  • Koordination von Wartungen, Reparaturen, TÜV- und UVV-Prüfungen
  • Einsatzplanung von Fahrzeugen und Fahrern in Abstimmung mit Logistik und Disposition
  • Kontrolle von Fuhrparkkosten, Kraftstoffverbrauch, Laufleistungen und Wirtschaftlichkeit
  • Betreuung des Flottenmanagements , u. a. mit TomTom Webfleet / YellowFox
  • Ansprechpartner für Fahrer bei Pannen, Unfällen und technischen Problemen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit als Fahrer inklusive gelegentlicher Toureneinsätze
  • Schulung und Unterweisung der Fahrer sowie Unterstützung bei Schadenprävention und Arbeitssicherheit
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung , idealerweise mit Bezug zu Logistik, Spedition, Nutzfahrzeugtechnik oder Fuhrparkmanagement
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Fuhrparkmanagement, Flotten­management, Transport oder in der Logistik
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Fahrzeug- und Nutzfahrzeugtechnik
  • Erfahrung in der Disposition oder Fahrerkoordination ist von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in Flottenmanagementsystemen wie TomTom Webfleet oder YellowFox sind wünschenswert
  • Organisationsstärke, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Anwendungen und EDV-Systemen
  • Führerschein Klasse C/CE
