  • Aufgaben
  • Gästebetreuung: Begrüßung von VIPs und Stammgästen, Beratung zu Angeboten sowie Erfüllung spezieller Wünsche.
  • Beschwerdemanagement: Professionelles Lösen von Problemen und Bearbeiten von Feedback oder Reklamationen.
  • Schnittstelle: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Empfang (Front Office), Housekeeping und der Gastronomie.
  • Organisation: Planung von Zusatzleistungen wie Wellnessterminen, Ausflügen oder Veranstaltungen
  • Profil
  • Ausbildung: Ausbildung im Hotelfach oder ein Studium im Hotelmanagement.
  • Fähigkeiten: Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Empathie, Fremdsprachenkenntnisse (Deutsch und Englisch) sowie ein souveränes und freundliches Auftreten.
