  • Buchungen, Anfragen, Rechnungen und Stornierungen bearbeiten
  • Booking.com, Airbnb sowie PMS-Systeme HUGO, Smoobu und Smart PMS pflegen
  • Preise, Verfügbarkeiten und Buchungsdaten kontrollieren
  • Abrechnungen und Zahlungseingänge prüfen; offene Anzahlungen und Restzahlungen nachverfolgen
  • Gesetzliches Gästemeldewesen durchführen und kontrollieren
  • Reinigungsteams und externe Dienstleister koordinieren
  • Regelmäßige Kontrollfahrten zu Liegenschaften in Deutschland mit dem Firmenfahrzeug
  • Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Qualitätsstandards überprüfen
  • DEIN PROFIL
  • Erfahrung in Hotellerie, Gästebetreuung oder Reservierungsmanagement von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse von Booking.com, Airbnb sowie HUGO, Smoobu und Smart PMS wünschenswert
  • Kaufmännisches Verständnis und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Selbstständigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, Organisationstalent und serviceorientiertes Auftreten
  • Führerschein Klasse B und Bereitschaft zu Dienstfahrten nach Deutschland
  • Bereitschaft zu Wochenenddiensten
