Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Empfangsmitarbeiter / Rezeptionist (m/w/d)

Als Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption hast Du viel Freude im Umgang mit Menschen und bist ein Organisationstalent. Eigenständiges Arbeiten, serviceorientiertes Denken sowie Teamgeist und Verantwortungsbewusstsein sind für Dich selbstverständlich.

Du bist u.a. verantwortlich für die täglichen Aufgaben am Empfang (Check/in, Check/out, etc.), Erfüllung aller Wünsche und Bedürfnisse der Gäste zur vollsten Zufriedenheit, offene Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit allen relevanten Abteilungen sowie Annahme von Reservierungen.

Du überzeugst durch positives und sympathisches Auftreten und ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild. Darüber hinaus verfügst Du über Kenntnisse der Microsoft Office Programmen.

Dann erwartet Dich eine abwechslungsreiche und verantwortungsvolle Position.
