Als Gastgeber (m/w/d) bist du das Gesicht unseres Hauses - du empfängst unsere Gäste herzlich, sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf und bist erster Ansprechpartner für Wünsche, Fragen oder Anregungen.

Zur Unterstützung unseres starken Teams suchen wir Dich ab sofort.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Begrüßung und Betreuung unserer Gäste mit Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz
  • Sicherstellung eines angenehmen Aufenthalts und einer hohen Servicequalität
  • Koordination von Reservierungen und Platzierungen
  • Ansprechpartner für Gästewünsche und Reklamationen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Service, Küche und Management
  • Mitgestaltung eines positiven Arbeits- und Gästeklimas

Das bringst du mit:

  • Erfahrung in der Gastronomie oder Hotellerie von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
  • Gastgebermentalität, Kommunikationsfreude und sicheres Auftreten
  • Organisationstalent und lösungsorientiertes Denken
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse - weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus
  • Teamgeist, Zuverlässigkeit und ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
  • Deutschkenntnisse Niveau B2
